Do not be without air cons this summer. There was a previous posting about this company and their box only worked for a matter of weeks before the codes were changed and 'metasat' took no responsibility without a further payment for a different system and another dish. Buyer beware!

i have anext box with 2 dishes ,one to nilesat and one to hotbird.



hotbird has gone off ,what do you advise to realign the dish to ?

My only dealings with your company was four years ago when I lost BBC Prime and enquired whether you could recode the box which you said you could and would be ready the next day but would phone me. Five days later with no phone call and without any TV I went to retrieve my box which hadn't even been looked at as it was packed exactly the same way as I had packed it, tucked away in your upstairs workshop. At least I had the news to watch after reinstalling it at home. So, I really cannot recommend your customer service but not as bad as the previous posting about yourselves.

hi kav if you dont want to spend much money you can change hotbırd dısh to turksat and you can get a few english programmes or we have two other systems one wıth the drembox connected to thr ıhe ınternet or the metasat system whıch opens the novas showtımes hallmark dıscovery channels adult channels cartoons etc hı rıchard as you know the system you are most probably talkıng about was the amstrad box ıf they dont gıve the new frequeceıes through the ınternet we cant download ıt to the box . of course you know how all these systems work
