Does anyone happen to know how often Google Earth is updated? We were over end of Feb this year and the site we are buying on was further ahead than the Google Earth web site is showing.

I don't think it will ever be up dated as it was made for the American military who by the time it was ready had a better system, the only thing that seems to improve is adding high resolution to parts that need it.

Esentepe was updated about last September. Have a look at wikimapia. You can add your own bits to that one. Its a great site and it'll help people to locate shops, restaurants etc. Not suggesting you add your own property though.

Yes our site has new photos so it is clearly not a 'once only' mapping!
