Hi if anyone is coming over in August/September I have a big favour to ask of you

I need to order a Little Scooter from Amazon max weight in Box 3 kilos for my Granddaughter for Christmas, hoping they might be coming over if not I will DHL it to them in Thailand.

But as you know we dont get letters here let alone a delivery.and she so wants this sparkling scooter, I have asked friends by e mail but as yet no replies so thought I would ask my friends on the Forum.

If anyone can bring it over I need an address for Amazon to deliver it to.

Many thanks for taking the time to read this

Sheila (smithy)

Nic

Thats the worse part of living here, you dont receive or you cant get deliveries to the TRNC as we all took it for granted when living in the UK

Smiffy - why not send them the "cash", then they can get what they want...

Also, the scooers were probably made in Thailand anyway !

Hi All

Many thanks to Jean and Paul I can have it sent to them and they will bring it over in September, what a great crowd on this forum

Many thanks to you all, and Geoff that was so kind of you.

I can get small bits delivered to friends ie DVD games etc but asking someone to bring a little scooter was too much, but as usual someone on here comes to the rescue.

Thanks again

Sheila xxxx

They dont deliver to Thailand, I had to go through all this last year, at getting people to bring them here, and then having to find a company to deliver them to Thailand and with all the bits and pieces its quite expensive, although its worth it knowing that you got them what they want. Wish there was another way round it, perhaps if it wasnt Thailand and so far away it might be different.

If only

Many thanks again Suz

But Jean has just e mailed me to say it would be easier to have it delivered to their door, as they live near the airport ans it will go in one of their cases.

You are so kind many thanks

Hi Dee

I only heard from Yasmin the other day and how she kept on about her friends scooter which lit up when she went along, I hope by the time she gets it she still wants it as you know kids they change their minds, still will order it later so hard cheese )

got to think of other bits now, and if there are bits and bobs I will e mail you.

Take care
