Does anyone know of anyone who would be interested in Buying a 2 bedroom penthouse apartment in Chelsey Village in Arapkoy. The apartment completed in January 2008 and water and electricity are connected. The maintenence charges are paid up to December 2009.

Unfortunately due to a slow down of work we have had to put the apartment up for sale as the site is really starting to look good with the second pool near completed and the restaurant/bar is opened now to.

If you know of anyone looking to purchase ask them to contact me.
