Today cannot get Internet Explorer to work at all it just keeps says 'you have chosen an unresponsive programme' is it something I am doing wrong? Or is this a general problem. Any help or advise would be great. Thanks

Mines been out for 3 days now, but it started working about half an hour ago. So hopefully they have sorted the problem out.

Give IE the heave ho, there are far better browsers available for free that are a lot more secure and bug free.

I use Google Chrome exclusively now and it is far more secure and faster than IE.

Others swear by Mozzilla Firefox. What version of IE are you running?

Hi Harold

one good thing about IE is that it can diagnose if you have a connectivity problem !

Sorry, MS, but I find IE8 is SLOWwww and prone to crash on my pc..

IF compatible, Chrome, from Google, is by FAR the fastest to load - but not all websites support it..

Example Fedex will not print my labels in Chrome - but fine in IE / Firefox.

Safari looks GREAT, but it's "slower" than Chrome..

I complete agree with you MMMMMMM, chrome is excellent but I do find that the occasional page won't open as yet but they are supposedly fixing the glitches on a dailt basis so I still try the pages that are unresponsive and if it still doesn't work I open IE in parallel to get what I want.

I run IE8 at the moment and do not have any probs here in the UK.Is this problem only applicable to TRNC. Interesting comment on the tele this morning. OffCom Are saying that people are not getting the download speeds on Broadband that they are paying for and are looking into these complaints..Probably get an answer in a couple of years time...

Try Firefox as a Chrome alternative - seems the world has realised it exists and works well, and faster than IE.
