Casper the lovely but lonely parrott :0(

I have fallen in love with a parrott called Casper in a pet shop here (near Pia Bella hotel) he is so cute and always puts his head down for me to stroke it and crokes 'merhaba'! Am sure he recognises me as I always stop when am passing by, I was finally caving in (although am probably not allowed as I rent) and asked the price for him & was told 2,500 ytl!!!!



I feel so sorry for him as he is always in the cage and when I have gone past and the shop is closed he is all alone inside his cage placed by the till, today I went by and he had no water, I went in to tell the guy who was eating his lunch in the shop and when he saw I wouldn't go unti he did it he gave him some water.

I used to have a parrott and believe it or not they are very affectionate and interesting pets, they prefer human interaction often rather than a fellow parrott, I also taught ours to speak, if anyone is a pet lover please check out Casper if you have the money, he seems so lonely and is so cute!
