| Any 'real' ham in the Chicken Kiev? If not, it's not the dish you advertise! Had a similar situation in other restaurants and walked out.

| Ingredients
For the chicken kiev
4 x 175g/6oz chicken breasts, skin removed
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 lemon, juice only
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
230g/8oz butter, slightly softened
2 tbsp plain flour
1 free-range egg, beaten
10-12 tbsp fresh breadcrumbs
olive oil, for frying
NO HAM ..........................................!!!!!!!! |

small plastic bag
NO HAM
Ukrainian Chicken Kiev
8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/3 cup butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 eggs
3 tablespoons water
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
2 cups vegetable oil
1/2 lemon, sliced
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

| I think it is rather strange that you can say another fraudulent trading over a chicken kiev . What strange life you lead to even bother about the content of a kieV "HAM" . Rather SAD really . I hope you find your KIEV you are searching for poor person. BRINSLEY. |
