| Used my debit card over the last week and Abbey have charged £1.25 for each overseas transaction. This is a current account not a credit card account. Has anyone else experienced this change or are the banks now getting greedy because of economy! If so this means that every time you use your card it costs you a fee - might as well have used a credit card! |

Draw out cash in Stg and plod along to the nearest bureau de change and all is sorted without charges!
