I was told by one of the Six Brothers that they were starting a boat trip service from the Harbour. Does anyone know if this actually started and has anyone been on it yet.

This was at the beginning of July and it was supposed to have started the following week. They were just waiting for their relevant permissions?

I have seen a Dolmush with an ad for it on the back doors, but I don't know if it has commenced service yet.

The boat is moored around the back of the Castle at the moment, its called Prencess, you can't miss it, its huge and looks really nice.

You can walk round to it and it looks as though they will be taking people out. They've been waiting to bring it to harbour for a while now so shouldn't be too long until trips are advertised properly - turkish time!

Yes Ces88 that's right it is going out for its maiden voyage on Thursday the price will be £20 for adults and children up to 12 will be £10. It will be sailing from 10.30 - returning back at 16.30. It will be leaving from Martis Bar (6 Brother Restaurant) next to the Tourist Information Office. It will make two swimming stops bring swimwear, snorkels etc. As it is the first sailing the first drink for person will be on the Captain! Tel: 0533 8409689 (Bostan) or Ahmet (0533 8879496)

That's good to hear. I would be interested in any feedback as we are planning a boat trip during our next trip in a couple of weeks time. At the moment, most reccomend the African Queen.

Feedback from passengers so far very positive, much more spacious boat with a wide bottom (if you get my drift) so very stable in the water - less likely to cause seasickness. Plenty of room to move around, lots of shade, plenty of sunbeds and good sized toilets!!! No overcrowding. Small tables to sit and eat at or play games - especially good if out with the kids for the day.

Where does the boat go and where does it stop? Is it like most of the others, to Escape and back?

Not before then ...but we have been on it today with 4 friends and it was very relaxing, spacious, lots of room to wander around - the fixed tables for eating are good means you are not trying to balance everything and it doesn't get soggy when swimmers climb back on and past you...nice selection of mezze, chicken and fish...

Tried the Six Brothers boat earlier this week but was out of commission with engine problems.

Went on the Blue dolphin instead.
