Next time you got an hour to spare, watch this film about the great man.

You may think differently next time you see one his many (and rightly so) statues/busts all over Cyprus and Turkey.

And why he is regarded so highly, not only as the founding father of modern turkey, but also around the world as a great man.

I think he was one of the most forward thinking men of the 20th Century. Went over to Ankara earlier this year to see his burial site - what a fantastic monument to a great man. May many more statues be erected in his honour. Love the one in Lefkosa outside the Civil Defence Headquarters - all those who dislike the TCs and Turks so much tough stay where you are.
