Has anyone who has this system had any problems recently with the Pay per View channels? Ours have permanently scrambled for the last 3 days

Have you got a service from these people with a card that goes into a slot - credit card sized ? Should say something about showtime arabia ??

does you receiver still get FREE - not scrambled pictures? - if NO.. you may have a dish / receiver related problem.. try removing the power for a minute and turning back on. Check all channels again



If you have Free channels - say BBC World



This can mean



1/ Card has expired



2/ IF it is current - Not being read properly.. remove the card - when the receive is on, and tuned to a pay TV channel - does it now say something like please insert card? .. IF when re inserted it STILL doesn't clear then you should contact Coldsat.

I have a system that I had had fitted last year.I have all pay per view channels as well.

I also lost all my pay per view channels 3 days ago.Rung my friend who works for the firm where I got mine from and he said ,"they have been cought broadcasting illegaly and relevent broadcasters are sending disturblances(not sure if spelt right)"



Bit dont worry ,it'll take about a week-10 days for them to break the new codes again.



Piracy is piracy after all!

This is your job,I had no intention to interfere,just trying to help in general.The systems most of us have are unfortunatly illegal.

Sad thing is,nobody tells us at beginning.



I usualy have all showtime arabia channels but no card, and its not via internet either.

Sorry, I have REAL "bee in my bonnet" about companies who use technical / legal ignorance to fleece folk by "normalising" piracy and pretending to be "legit"..



The CLASSIC was one pirate company on here telling a sat installer they weren't "authorised" )))
