Can one see a monopoly appearing here? Same menu different name? Is that a real choice in restaurants? we goto different restaurants for a different meal and ambiance, not the same thing wrapped in the same style as the others.

A Monopoly nightmare !

May i suggest some of you give Jeff a try at the Taj Mahal, he trys really hard with his business, gives great food at good prices, makes a change from the same old, same old.

I'm sure I'll get crucified for having an opinon which differs from the '44 Mafia.

Good Luck Riaz though I am sure you won't need it if the food is going to be to the same standard as Jashans.

Will be in next week hope to see you there.

Chris

Message 6 You enjoy your meal at Taj Mahal, where ever it is. I personally like Jashans but will give Riaz's new restaurant a try. Would be better if you could expand on 'makes a change from the same old stuff'.

Same old, same old from Big Mart, perhaps you would like to name the forum members, or mafia 44 that you are referring to, you certainly seem to have a problem with *them*. Of course you are entitled to an opinion but do you always have to be so aggressive towards others who also may have an opinion.

Mess 6

tried the Taj Mahal last October was cheap enough but food was average and plastic chair's and decor made it feel like you where in a cafe not an Indian Restaurant,so i would be in no rush to go back or recommend to any of my friend's

Hattikins,

Why are you getting at me ?

i know you have a problem with me, is it because i dare to be different ?

perhaps you should start your slagging off at timothyCadman he seems to have similar views to me but descapes the wrath of your typing.

If you really want me to name the '44 mafia I will. but I think it is self evident to any regular readers who they are, try looking up 'sycophant' in the dictionary.

Bg Mart

I don,t have a problem with you, just your attitude to this forum and it,s members,if they are so bad why bother with it.

I am pleased Riaz has taken over Punjab, it,s closer to us and the food is consistently good.

We had a takeaway from punjab, it was lovely, only complaint was, we ordered for four, we could have ordered for two, the portions were enormous.

We then went for a Sunday roast, it was lovely, their yorkies were better than mine, (don't tell my daughter).

I really hope the owner has not lost out on this, he is soo nice(sorry, can't remember his name).

Are you still doing Sunday roasts????

When we had ours, I asked them to compliment the chef, it was soo hot, there was no way I would have stood in my kitchen cooking a roast. It was worth every penny.

Yes I know I live in cyprus, but every few months, I just fancy an english roast, but I do still love Turkish food.
