I am looking to buy a 3 bed penthouse with private roof terrace, communal pool, close to beach, shops, bars and restaurants, must be freehold and been well looked after somewhere in the Kyrenia area please.

Trevor - try H & B Estates in Kyrenia - they have a three bedroom penthouse (new) in Kyrenia Heights very reasonable - small development by Kibris with a communal pool - private access. English couple called Bob & Rene - very reputable.

turtle bay has got 2 and 3 bed penthouses with roof terrace , on the beachfront , they have private beach too ...
