I recently received my water bill for Jun - Jul, it was 88TL for use of 20 units. The previous month I used 18 units but was billed only 41.44TL. I was hoping that there had been a mistake and that my previous months bill had been carried over, but I have been led to believe that once you use over a certain amount of units (tons??), you pay an increased tariff. Can anyone tell me what is the limit and how much you pay.

Regards

Paul

Thanx Biglugs

Great name by the way !!!

Even using your figures and factoring in a standing charge, I still can't get anywhere near the total of my bill. Will take a wander down to the water board and see if I can get an explanation there, but won't hold my breath !!

Regards

Paul

You also get charged each month for rubbish collection, street lighting, spraying, etc. It is itemised on the bill - the first amount at the top of the bill is the water.
