I have just read that Mortgages are now available thanks to a deal between Turkish banks and Uk finance companies. My experience back in 2006 resulted in the loss of £600 (finders fee). When I investigated the company they had provided the same deals for other emerging countires, taken the fees and not much else. Trading standards were involved and an action group formed. I would be interested to hear from anyone who might be persuing mortgages and what company they have been offered finance through.

Thanks Paul90. Feel sick this is still going on. ANYONE who is thinking about persuing finance through this company can email me directly. I know them well.

It is quoted, from a reliable source, that 5 mortgages have been secured. At this time no one will say which areas, or which developments are involved for fear of Greek Cypriot retribution, through legal or other means.
