I have always wondered which is the healthier.



Early to bed, early to rise or lay in and burn the midnight oil.



Your thoughts?

I sometimes have no choice but to get up at 4am although I would prefer to stay in bed until later. But unfortunately a neighbour has rented her house out to, ?6 ?7 ?8 guys who have 6 dogs one which is tied up on a small upstairs balcony which measures approx 5ft x 2ft. cries day and night. 24/7.
