Hi Stujane,

I rang the number you quoted.

No answer.

Will try again later.

Or if he resides Catalkoy area I can leave the items at Happy Valley or somewhere else so that he can collect or he can come here to my house.

Spoke to Mr Carty about a week ago and he said that he was in no hurry to regain his cards, but would ring me to arrange collection. Stony silence ever since.

Will take them to Girne cop shop tomorrow for him to collect.

Hi Stujane, Re Mr. Carty.

He has not come to collect his cards yet.

Do you know why?

No further contact with Mr. Carty todate.

I am getting fed up with waiting.

I was going to take them to the police station, but then thought I might have to undergo a cross examination about why I had not brought them in earlier.

SO TAKE NOTICE, IN 7 DAYS I WILL RETURN THESE CARDS TO WHERE I FOUND THEM.

I.E Supremes carpark. That is 1st September.

You can drop them in to Homes Abroad Cyprus Estates and i will give them to him if that is Ok rather than return them to the supermarket, we are located next to Mermaid Fabrics on the Karakum road.

Thanks Neil

That's kind of you Neil but why hasn't Mr Carty been to collect them and why should Enrico put himself out further? Do yourself a favour Enrico, cut them up and chuck them in the bin.

Neil i dont see why Enrico should have to drop them of anywhere, surely if Mr Carty cant be bothered to make contact then why should anyone take the time to help him. Anyone would think it was him doing someone a favour.

I think its very kind of you Neil but if after 2 weeks of first speaking with Enrico he cant be bothered to make contact to arrange collection then i certainly wouldn't put myself out anymore.

Carty is doing a job for me on Friday of this week and is a good friend of mine so I would be willing to pick up his cards up from you and pass them onto him when I see him. If this is acceptable please let me know. I can pick them up anytime.

Please call me on 05338694463 to arrange a day and time.

Many thanks

I am a good friend of Carty's and I can tell you that he picked up his cards yesterday. The reason it took him a couple of weeks is due to the fact that his girlfriend has been very ill and had to go into hospital for an operation and only came out a couple of days ago.

Because of this he has been trying to get all his work in and look after 2 kids, a 6 month old baby and a nearly 2 year old boy.

Please if you dont know the facts dont jump to conclusions. You dont know what the reasons may be!

I have just spoken with Carty and he would like me to pass on his thanks to Enrico for being so patient and for the great kindness and honesty he has shown.

But like I have said there are reasons for the length of time between first contact and him picking them up so dont be too hard on a guy trying to support his bedridden girlfriend and provide for his family!
