The economy of TRNC and specially the building industry is in a very poor state at the moment and I would imagine there are not many buyers around. Assuming that it is finished in time but with so many new shops where are the customers coming from? A shop with no customers is no good for anybody. I wish them luck.

It'll be great so long as its not filled with yapi markets. The rate they are springing up around Alsancak it won't be long before there is one for every person.
Question is though what do we need more of. Pharmacies, suppose more hairdressers, decent clothes shops, shoe shops.

It can only be good for the area, BUT the Anfora Shopping Centre is still more than half empty. Can we really justify another Shopping Centre?
