My 12 year old son is in the UK at the mo (staying with my parents!) and I am keeping in contact with him via MSN but sometimes he doesnt get the messages I am sending, and he thinks I am not replying!!! Its breaking my heart!!! Anyone got any ideas??? It seems ok when I am on MSN locally just to him or my mum.

I've been having huge problems with MSN, I bypass it going through Google. Try that, 'mail' which puts you into Hotmail. Not a whiz kid but give it a go.
