Its all a ploy a cunning ploy-guaranteed sell out now at the oval similar to the rugby league -win one lose one then get hammered in the final

Hippo, think you're getting mixed up with ball shape, Rugby League has never been played at The Oval.

Hippo is right, It's all political to get max number of bums on seats at the Oval and for the 20/20's.

Who thinks Freddie will now be declared fit for the decider, having had his weeks rest?

The whole Pommie cricketing environment thought it was just a "very ordinary Aussie side" too, Turtle, but there's no such thing....

Rottolover and Turtle

I think this is probably the worst Australian side since 1987 in terms of experience, balance etc and this makes their performance more praiseworthy.

England has/ had an excellent chance to win this series and its to Australia's credit that they have drawn the series so far and played better for much of it as well.

The stage is now set for the showdown in the final test.
