Procedure of Loan Agreement

Ref . LADELICA/2009 /0000





1. Both Parties signed the Loan Agreement LADELICA/2009/000.

2. The Second Party shall issue a Bank Guarantee from ……….. Bank acceptable to the First Party, in favor of First Party within 10 (ten) working days from signing this Agreement.

3. The Second Party shall open an bank account in the name of the First Party at top banks in ……….. and deposit the bank Guarantee.

4. The bank shall block this Bank Guarantee for one year , and send SWIFT MT 760 to the Investors’ bank

5. Within 30 working days, First Party shall use the same account at the same bank to transfer the total amount of the Loan to the Second Party account (Banking details). .

6. Second Party confirms receiving the total Loan amount.

7. The Second Party pays the first year interest and intermediaries commission with in 5 working days.

8. In …….. Years, if the Second Party desired to extend the loan, and with mutual agreement between both Parties, this Agr
