With the water shortages in Lapta the tanker drivers must be getting rich, they have us over a barrel so to speak because we have to buy the water from them. Last week from the company we use 10tl per ton, this week 15tl, nothing but daylight robbery.

hattie im in despair now. Its a nightmare probably all related. Bad enough the power cuts but i do all the restaurant laundry here and to have no leccky or water. Guess I have to find the cousin who will give me total service xxxxxx
