Er it really is not right in my opinion at least to republish the Cyprus today in such a complete form on an online forum, unless that is the owner of the forum has permission from them to do so.



To then use another (much more popular) forum to advertise that this is what is being done there only makes it worse.



Nor is it very clever either. The name of the owner of the domain is public information and the owners of Cyprus TOday may well seek to take action over such use. Also the hosters would almost certainly close the site if Cyprus Today were to ask themn to do so as it is such a clear breach of copyright.



Unless of course the site owner does have the permission of Cyprus to Today to do this - in which case they should say really somewhere 'reproduced with the kind permission of Cyprus Today.

The URL does work but I guess I am not really going to explain what needs to be done to it to get it to work given my views re what is found there.



If correct the URL leads to a fourm thread that basically is scans of 9 complete pages of last wednesdays Cyprus Today.



Its a dodgy thing to do and if it continues I would be VERY surprised if Cyprus Today were to take no action over it.

You're going over ground that was gone over a week or so ago on this and another forum. It got quite nasty and childish, but the outcome was that the owner of the domain is adamant that he has been given permission to scan the pages.



If He doesn't, then all I can say, is God help him.
