I was getting the same for the past week but this morning I re-pasted the web-llink into the browser and back the picture came -slightly different view methinks -maybe Nigel has been doing some essential maintanance on his webcam !!!

Thats really strange as I was having exactly the same problem, but this link now seems to work for me !

Not sure what to advise -anyone else know?
