ANIMALS. tHEY SHOULDbe offered no human rights. I hope to god when hey are released no protection or identy change for some time. Let the people speak to them and show our disgust at this cruel murder. I hope we still are aware of it when they are released and put pressre on the government not to shield them

Sorry to sound very biased, but they look like scum, people like this should not be allowed to live amongst normal society, bring back hunting, but instead of the poor fox, put these b******s in a foxes suit and sell tickets, But then I suppose some dogooder will decide they had a hard life as kids, So did I and many other people. And, she's already talking about what she'd like to do when she gets out, which could easily be within the next couple of years. She'd like to "travel". I'm sure there are a lot of people who'd like her to do just that - off the side of a cliff!!.

These people are supposedly monitored by our GB system re social servises, these people are as much to blame as the 'brain dead mother/partner', whilst we have a system in GB of 'Im not to blame' its their fault not mine, nothing will change. We dont just have 'baby P', we have others nearly on a daily basis.

Dizzy, you are right - Social Services must take a huge proportion of the blame. Where were all these so called social workers? They should all have their pension funds taken away from them and never work with children again. As for the Muother and her 'partners' they should rot in hell. Bring back the Death penalty!!

Bill - I know you are not alone with your 'bring back the death penalty' for the convicted in this case. Probably one of the most sickening things is, she (the 'mother') will be out in a few years, new face, new identity, new life, etc. I know she has not been committed of the baby's murder, but, in my opinion (as a mother) she is more to blame than the animals who actually killed the kiddie. As a mother, your first instinct is to protect your child against all odds, surely?



I hear today on the news (no idea of how true it is) that they are already talking of relocating her to Canada when she is free. What has Canada done to deserve this? First thing they should do is to give her a hysterectomy; at least that would ensure she never gives birth to another unfortunate. Of course, she has had another child since being in prison and good old Social Services said she should able to 'bond' with the infant. Fortunately, common sense prevailed (surprisingly) and this was over-ruled.

Too right, we will never get to grips with half of what goes on as nobody at the top see's, or rather pushes it away to another department. Bring back the stocks as well, it would sort out a lot of the youngsters who just do not respect any thing or any one.

We have a system in this country now that is for ever harping on about 'human rights', the judges in charge are scared to put a sentence that befits the crime as you then get appeals from the defence solicitors saying that the sentence/term is wrong as these poor criminals come from a deprived area, bad parents/ abused as a child etc, so we now have a system that looks after the criminal not the victim. sorry for the rant, its a bloody mess our system.
