4 of the top 10 forums are to do with football and the hooligans that accompany the game.

Could we have a ban on this subject?

RE msg 5, No1Doyen: (...) They're only friendly stabbings. (...)

=> And the poor victims won't have to pay for medical treatment - they'll be on the boat to England before they know it...

Breaking news: Amsterdam police arrested twelve Englishmen in the Red Light District. The charges are "misbehaviour", which (today) means: a fine and a forced trip back to England by boat. Bye, boys!

Why Mike?, there's lots of football banter on here and the thread titles make it blindingly obvious what they're about - so simply scroll past and participate in topics that do interest you instead of trying to ban something just because it is of no interest to you.

I take it you'll not be watching the England friendly or the Scottish World Cup qualifier tonight then!!!

Jimmy G.......when hell freezes over springs to mind!!!

Neg Nick..glad you agree.

Actually I'm driving to Larnaca to pick up my financee, haven't seen for 5 weeks.

And at midnight it's my birthday!!!

I hope to see all those meteorites in the sky. That should make an exciting night.

There will be no need to see overpaid actors with football boots on,trying to fool the ref.

Mikelapta, can you be dropped off on the Dogger Bank, must seem obvious, even to you, that a lot of people are looking forward to this match. Why don't you ask the missis if you can go have a peek, presuming "the boss" let's you out on yer own.

Any thoughts of the final score - they've just kicked off. Paul reckons 3-1 Holland?

Any takers?

Woodspeckie - Indeed Rio who? Hubby reckons wasn't fit on Sunday for Charity Shield and is definitely not fit now. Heskey, is (according to Paul) about 72 years old

Don't ask me - I only do the typing. He's in the other room watching!

mikelapta;

I see you're a cricket fan, given the fiasco at Headingley last week how can you slag off football?

As for fooling the ref, how about those catches that don't carry?

To answer the first message, it may be boring for those who aren't interested, but you don't have to look at the threads on the subject.
