Can anyone give me any feedback good or bad on Ian Smiths Estate agent ?

I have had no personal experience of them but from the reports I have heard they are one of the better ones. I know they have been long established in the TRNC

I used them for my purchase and found them to be first class!!! Even now after 2 years I still get update e-mails the most recent reminding customers to organise payment of stamp duty.



I even had personal e-mail offering to make payment on my behalf - it don't get much better than that!!

Have to agree with Wackyjim, I used Ian Smith's Estste Agency also. They were excellent, up to date e-mails, photograps of progress on property, laising with builder, lawyer nothing seemed too much trouble.

Ian Smith was one of the first Estate Agents to start up in TRNC about 12 years ago, could be longer. Ian and Guy at Korinia are the longest running estate agents in the Girne area.

We used Ian Smith and they were fantastic. I cannot speak highly enough of them. They are attentive, informative, and nothing is too much trouble. Our purchase went through so smoothly and 6 months down the line we are delighted with our new home.
