I have been looking for flights next year and can book 2x2 return journeys for less than £400 flying Easyjet into Larnaca (March and June). I have always been dubious about booking with them before but these prices seem too good to miss. I would welcome any comments from members but please nothing about I should be flying into Ercan, this is purely about economics and gives me lots more money to spend in TRNC in local restaurants etc.

Depends on where you fly from, I have got 2 tickets from Pegasus for this September departing from Stansted for 245 pounds each to Ercan, this would be about the same as yours with your transfer costs from larnaca to the Girne. so you are not actually saving much.

I used Easyjet in June, they were fine. Its a bit of a free for all unless you go for the early border, because no one is allocated seats, and even though I was the first to check in I must have had the worst seat on the plane! the flight was ok, you pay for the bag that you check in only £11 at the time, and they sell a selection of sandwiches etc on board. All in all it really wasnt too bad the staff were very nice too.

I have flown with them four times this year; compared with BA and Cyprus Airways, they are very cheap. Even in peak season - this week - I paid only €340 (Gatwick). It is no frills, so you pay extra for: hold baggage, food, drink, credit card bookings, early boarding - seats are unallocated.

They are fine, the aircraft modern, treasonable legroom, the staff friendly - more than can be said for some other airlines, I can think of that operate out of Cyprus.

Re message 2. sorry I have should have been clearer but the price for 1 return flight is less than £100, so £400 in total for 4 return flights.

If thats the price grap it quick. Have flown several times with easy jet - my only recommendation would be buy your sandwiches at Pret before you leave Gatwick!

We are flying with Pegasus next month & we paid £169 each, we did book these in January. But if you book in advance you do seem to get a better deal.

I booked with Easyjet last Dec for Aug this year and managed to get tickets for £82 each return inc baggage, so with 4 of us travelling, that is a great saving!

I havent flown with them to Cyprus before but have used them on shorter trips before and they have always been fine, but as message 6 Kath says, get all your food & drink before you board as its not that nice and quite expensive on board.

HI At that price i would snap um up, easy jet seats are more comfortable than Ryan air, i have only flown with easy jet to Scotland, and they were fine.

Also can i suggest looking on http://www.parkatmyhouse.com if you need car parking at Gatwick, we have done this several times and works out a lot cheaper than using the on airport parking. Some of the homeowners also give you lift too!

We are using someone in 2 weeks time £25.00 a week + Free lift!

Flew with them to Tenerife from Man.and like others have said ,seats are comfortable and it is a bit of a free for all unless you pay their early boarding fee then yu get the pick of the seats once you are actually on the plane and you can sit where ever you like. definately take your own butties and buy water or soft drinks in airport otherwise OK.They were on time for both departures.

Brend.. the best thing to do is to do the search in reverse ie. travel from Larnaca and then see where you can fly to. Sometimes these flights are just for summer months so if you are flying later this year, the service might be discontinues for the winter.

We have flown Easy Jet several times and one way to avoid the log jam is to check in on line and you can then board after the priority boarders. We have managed to get the extra leg room seats each time as people seem to fill the plane from ther front.

Brend where did you see the advert for Easy Jet Manchester to Larnaca? We are looking for next year, and before anyone says why not fly with CTA, we were treated worse than cattle last time after a 3 and a half hour delay. We will never darken their doors again. I wrote and complained and did not even get the courtesy of an acknowledgment,
