Hi, do any of you have children/grandchildren who are around the age of 11, who would like to have a friend in another country?



My son would like to have a Pen Pal (although now that would be an E-mail Pal!).



There are a lot of bad stories about internet chatrooms etc., but I would be monitoring what he was doing.

Hi my eldest son is twelve, thirteen in september plays football and rugby for the school, football in two leagues sat and sunday and cricket once a week as well !!!



I wonder why i have no spare time??!



I am sure he would be interested in emailing with your son and when we holiday they could meet up,, he was "bored" when we came over at easter, it was terrible for the kids sunshine swimming pool messing about on the beach!! glad i'm not a kid anymore!!

Know what you mean Pete - don't know why they're not satisfied with falling asleep round the pool!!! That would be great, I'll email you. PS. The school's over here weren't on holidays at the same time as UK - so couldn't have helped much, but the summer hols are long over here (they finish school in June) so if you're over in the summer?
