Dear Cyprus44 Members,



I have completed my postgraduate studies at the University of Westminster -London in the Masters level of International Business & Management. I have set the focus of my final dissertation project on the North Cyprus property market. I am focusing on researching the consumer behaviour aspects of real estate investors like yourself. This research is being conducted solely for academic purposes and will be handed in to University of Westminster Business School.



I would like to kindly ask you to contribute to my research by completing a simple survey (only Multiple-Choice, Rating and Ranking questions which don’t require any compositional answers) and which shouldn't take more than 10-15 minutes. Questions are very general and not-confidential. Replies by 24th of August 2009 would be greatly appreciated.

We are UK based because our villa is 2 years late with only completed foundations, so our view is "slightly" biased

I am very pleased to see your efforts in helping me out with this research. I am hoping that more people will notice this forum and provide us with their feedback. In the mean time I would like you to know that I will share the results only with people who has contributed to it. I am getting severall number of responses every day but I know that it can be much much better.



As you already know, the outcome of the survey will be much better and realistic if we manage to get more attention. Please don't hesitate to tell your friends or forward them this forum's link.
