dizzy hope they are fixed with extra supports we have had 3 droppdown about 2 tons of wood on our site with a worker hurt who was atop of one of them.



will pay to have some brackets heavy duty fitted as well

erect not erec---n! cyprusair soft, hope the worker ok now, just that have seen several in folks gardens and they all seem different quality, want one with trellis sides and seats so that can lie or sit in.



Might have to erect ourselves as hubby hates shoddy work and you can get plenty of that in NC, you know, not quite square, slope to one end, electrics behind rads etc. still luv ya xxx

Dizzy.....I am 80% finished on a lovely pergola that I have built from scratch. I can email you pictures. When you and hubby come over, call round and see us and I will tell you where to get wood (best and cheapest) and you can take measurements of my design (totally unique) - if you like it that is.

Ooooooh Washerman sounds great, we are over in Oct/ Nov, only thing is I did not want hubby to build it as we are meant to be on hol!! thought he could erect it, but didnt want him to build it as he has another project on the go that will take him all of Oct/Nov to even finish this one !!!! Are you near Lapta? might take you up on the offer of looking, this pergola is meant really to be my project as 'he who I dont obey' says what you need one of those for!lol
