| Would a one or two bedroom apartment be big enough as well? Do the 40.000 STG have to include all taxes, lawyers cost ect that need to be paid or is this the money available plus the additional costs? Are you currently on the island? |

| To be of any interest to me a one or two bedroom apartment would need to be a bit more attractively priced than £40,000 and the price would need to be adjusted to reflect any unpaid taxes. |
