Don't rush into anything.



You're a great hairdresser.



Can you do your business at customers homes? Do you need all these riduculous certificates, if you don't have premises?



Keep your prises the same, don't discount them. In fact charge more for the convenience your customer gets by not travelling.



Also, I'm amazed that (as far as we know) you haven't been offered a fantastic position by one of your "friendly" competitors. Why can't they put their name to your salon, but let you "manage" it.



What about your friends in the business in the UK, can they help by "owning" your salon.



Give me a couple of days and I'll try and think of some more ideas.



You must be feeling very "raw" now. We all have regarding our properties, but time will sort things out.

A local TC would do the trick as partner with wright qualifications.
