Just as a matter of interest. Any expat had a domestic water delivery from Lapta Belediye? Put my name down over 6 weeks ago- you guest it NADA.

Yes Des, i have had two top ups, but have had to remonstrate with the driver on both occasions.

Yes, I had a delivery from the Belediye after I had put my name down about 5 weeks ago. I went in as soon as I heard that it was going to be off for about 5 weeks, and had been told you had to put your name down for a delivery. Then, there was about a 4 day waiting, but that was before everyone had heard about it.

I spoke to the man at the Belediye when I paid my water bill yesterday, and he said that water should be running in a few days. So fingers crossed.
