It,s in a very convenient spot, you never know how long you may be waiting in HSBC so somewhere to get a sandwich to keep you going is great, in fact the bank should take it over and incorporate it into the building as a snack bar.

dear yorgozlu

the landlord owns all the shops in the parade. he works two of them himself. i think the rent is £300 per month.

i know that just the equiptment in the shop cost £10,000 alone. due to eray being diagnosed and treated with Hodgkin's lymphoma they have not been in the mood for work. they stopped the deliveries altogether as they could not cope.

i think a great catch at the potential and price offered.

just an up date

both eray and ree have asked me to thank everybody who have given their great support.

eray's therapy has come to an end and he is in the all clear.

it looks like it will take some time for him to return to his former self but the hard part is now over.

Told them years ago to apply for a liquor licence but they never bothered which would now make the place a more valuable assignable lease.
