Presumably totally illegal. If you employ somebody to collect your debts in an illegal manner, you are also guilty of aiding and abetting, as serious as the crime itself. So be warned.

RE msg 2, Elko2: Ismet, am I right to think that you need your (a) lawyer to ask the court permission to send a bailiff - to collect the debt?

Once you get the court judgement, your lawyer files a writ against the "movables" of the debtor. The Bailiff goes to collect it when he finds time but if it is delayed a reminder from your lawyer may be helpful. The bailiff has the right to seize hgis goods and sell them at auction. If the bailiff finds nothing of importance to pounce, he returns a "No movables" certificate. then your lawyer applies to court to force him to pay by monthly installments but here the catch is that you have to prove that he has earnings and the monthly installment will be in accordance with his earnings and not in accordance with how much he owes you. So in fact the amount he is ordered to pay may not even cover the interest on the principal.

If the debtor has any immovable property you can start the process to have it sold at auction. That is another option.
