Hi just found out today from my Lawyer in Kyrenia that I need to fill out a Police check form and that my permissions to purchase were not applied for when I signed contract 2 years ago!!!!!



Great!!! Lawyers are supposed to work for us right?!



Plus in two years this is the first e-mail I have received from my Lawyer he claimed he resonded to all my others!???



Funny that...he openly addmitted he was not pc literate plus he had a virus on his pc when I was there 6 weeks ago!!!



TYPICAL!...now have to sweat on purchase permissions!

We have had the same problem. We've now done the application ourselves during our visit last week. the hardest part was writing an application letter in turkish but luckily having friends out there who helped was a bonus. Seriously it can be done with a little effort,firstly you need to get your polce check done then if you want to do it yourself we can help.
