Hello all

I have bought a villa from Boyut nearly three years ago and it is 18 months overdue on completion. I was in contact with a number of Residents in Harmony 1 and 2 and also some prospective owners in harmony 3 similar to myself however i lost my work e mail and susequently my contacts. I would greatly appreciate any residents or people in a similar position to myself to make contact and share experiences or perhaps give an indication as to what is happening.

Well, the build seems a little slow , however the work on the brothels across the road is progressing at breakneck speed.

Cannot be sure but when I have driven past, about once a week, there does not appear to be any activity on the site and that has appeared to be the case for some time.

I will be going past on Thursday so will make a point of looking and let you know if anything appears to be happening.

My Husband and I are buying one of the same Villa's as yourself, our's is almost finished except for the stairs Bathrooms and fitting, we are going out September 16th and Boyuts have promised us it will be ready, !!!!! will keep you posted.



Do you still have the same email Address Colin, if so will send you some photos of the site, ours and the one opposite which also is practically finished.

We are on Harmony 4 and are almost 2 years behind schedule!

Visited Harmony 3 last week and 2 properties are being completed. The one with the big garden had the kitchen fitters working there and it looks almost finished, The other has most of the outside done but needs inside finishing from a to z.

When you come over bring your cheque book please so that your payments will enable Harmony 4 to be finished !!

Firat is in the Army (and occasionally hossy) and Harriette (his fiancee) who is fronting Boyut will say what she has been told to say, which is not a lot. It is virtually impossible to get anything constructive from Boyut.

Harmony 4 has not had any work done since January despite all payments made.

We live in hope

I have been staying in one of the villas near the pool (stage 1 I think) for 2 weeks and I have seen no sign of any builders and we have been driving in and out for the past 2 weeks.

If anyones interested I drove past at 1045am today and there was no sign of any work going on, in fact the part built houses look as if they have been abandoned for some time. Same at 2.30pm when going past on the return leg.

The villas in Karsiyaka are next door to my house, think 6 of them. They are trying to be finished by the people who bought them. One couple have lived in it 3 yrs under the most dreadful conditions, had to tanker water in only just got electric after all that time (they paid) now the lady of the house has had a stroke. I cannot believe for one minute about the owner being in the army they have been saying this for over 2 years and national service is 18 months. There is also another site just before Siranli Restaurant in Karsiyaka and nothing is happening there, my heart goes out to everybody who became involved with Boyut.
