Hi there everyone i can confirm tony is telling the truth....i also use the same company and they are a professional security company from london.

They are based in famagusta and the details of the company are as written above if anyone is intrested u should phone the phone number wich tony has given. This is a great service for this island who ever has a holiday home or wants to buy one or even if they live here like me should take this service its worth much more, i was paying 400pounds a year just for a standard property management service.

This company r a con they use a legal web site in UK brit telecom s redcare security and take bits out of it to put on a site they did themselfs, its easy to check out and they use a mobile fone number. if its a great security firm that watches the prime minister why dont they have a proper fone number, the people here r not stupid tony75 & trnc11 are work together on this for sure

Im sure a lot of us have never heard of this type of service,because it is honestly a very good service, If its true.

But i will phone this company on monday to see if its for real.

Nice of Tony75 to reccommend this service to the forum users. trnc11 first venture on to the site, is to back him up. bahri then backs them both up and has to swear in his first trip on to the site and seems to know UTURK so well. He then states that "we do not know this service and is honestly a good service, if it's true". He has even offered to call them on monday!



I will await Erkan's views on this service.



On Yell.Com Redcare Security Ltd come up as a BT operation and has no mention of Washing sheets and making beds! etc. redcare@bt.com TEL: 01670-355-785



The 0542-873-1028 is a dead line from a BT phone.



Companies house website is closed so I will look up on Monday (honest) and see if they are different to BT.

now on to this company redcare, i have heard of this company and they are not connected to the bt redcare service which is offered in the u.k in conjuction with the police force, as we all know their is no trademark laws in cyprus so you could be called burger king security if you want and no one would batter a eye lid, the company have just started in to the house security sector but previous to this they were involved with security for vip's including the president, i have done a bit of research and they have a office number its 0392 3664574 which is located in famagusta and also found out their main buisness practice is home security but they do offer a property management service included in this £200 yearly fee and maybe to us all it does sound to good to be true (including myself) but maybe they are offering it cheap to undercut all the other companies

what i would suggest if people are sceptical (like all of us) but are interested call them and say you got their number from cyprus44 forum and they are interested but feel if they give £200 upfront they will take it and do a runner, and ask is their a way they could have this service by paying in installments for their own security and peace of mind and im sure the company will oblige



tiggy you are right i dont know this bahri from adam maybe he has seen im quite diplomatic (ok sometimes when i dont get carried away!!!! LOL) and be quite open to suggestions!!!!

Hi Was looking at the prices quoted via Tony by security /management company, Ive just returned from mainland where friends have bought a villa and they too are offered all of the services mentioned for 200 GPB. (different company of course)So although I have not in looked in to it, it seems a good/fair deal instead of being charged UK prices in the TRNC

Out of curiosity I have just phoned Tony75 to clarify his unacceptable threats not only to my self but to the other users on this board.



To be fair I think he has perhaps misunderstood the way we often use this forum not only for serious issues but also for bit of fun which is the way it should be.



Tony felt he was being insulted and after speaking to him I can understand his side of things as he is a proud TC and takes his interpretation of what was said to him very personally. I felt insults were being posted by him to me on this board and told him that I too am a proud person and he has apologised for this. Also I think that I went in very heavy handed with my insults to him and I will apologise unreservedly for that.



Once we had sorted things out we got onto talking about the service he provides and it really does sound pretty good maybe we should not be too hasty in knocking his company without finding out more about it. He is man enough to have left his phone number and would be happy to discuss it with anybody interested and he is despite all the misunderstandings a really nice guy to speak to, we have even agreed to go for a beer sometime.

anyway back to the real issue redcare, i was looking at tony's first post and for the annual fee of £200 you get a free alarm system included in the price this sounds like a good deal even if you just use this service for a couple of years £400 for a alarm system and it to be manned is good value for money as you are all well aware a alarm system in cyprus can be quite expensive and on top of that you get a certain amount of house cleaning in the price, i for one will probabley take up on this offer, so lets get past the offensive language and see what this company has to offer!!!

also guys whoever found the language used today to be ofensive i will be deleteing it, you cant really remove people on using the forums becuase these kind of sites are for people and free speach and all my time on this forum this has only happened twice, once with the greeks invading this forum and today but im sure it wont happen again

Hi everyone, this thread has gone from possibly helpful to absolutely disgraceful. Now it's like handbags at dawn. At one point I thought it was gc behaviour and decided not to post anything else on it. .Hopefully this will be the end of it all and we can get back to passing info on to each other and helping each other out. I hope there are not many more tc's that think they can make cyprus a "hell of an island" for any visitor or ex pat.

i really sometimes marvel at people on this forum!!!! all of us are above the age of 30 and i would have thought this petty behaviour would have been left in the school playground!!!

you got to rememeber this, if it was not for some of the posters sarcastic comments (joking or not) about one guy who was trying to help people by giving us info about a service which would concern us all, he would not had to resort to swear words, instead of people critising someone for posting something joking or not why cant people just read it!!! if they want to use the service then so be it, if they dont then its all good but you dont have to dish out sly comments if you dont!!!!!

some people commented that the words used were obscene, foul and criminal (dont know about that) thats their view and we are entitled to say so but again rememeber this we are all from diffrent places in the u.k and some cases the world and we were all raised in our own way and react to situations diffrently especailly if your back is up against the wall!!!!! some people just switch off, some can respond with etigency and some people will shout and swear thats life and if we were all the same this world would be a boring place!!!

at the end of the day if you dangle bait and you get bitten dont compain that you did!!!

and to some of the posters that think the forum has gone down hill and will never recover from this, they are not thinking straight, in our whole adult life we will come accross things that incense us or get us mad this dont mean it is the end of the world, and like i said this forum is very well behaved compared to some of these forums out there and this has only happend twice considering there are over 1300 members on this site
