To clean the glass all you need to do is get some damp newspaper and dip this into the ash from your

last burn , then finish and polish with plain damp newspaper .

Yes mugged, I do this too and also use newspaper for the final smear free clean on windows.

Baspinar Bob, it's too early to light the stove yet. I'd wait until the weekend when the temperature is going to drop to 22oC overnight. Brrrrrr, chilly.
