| Could anyone recommend a good orthodontist in Kyrenia that does not cost the earth. My daughter needs a brace on her bottom teeth and was sent to Nicosia, they said it would cost 5,500 tl. |

| My daughter went to Bulent Haydar in Lefkosa. She needed to have her top jaw expanded to allow her new teeth to drop down so had a jaw expander in for several months. Then top and bottom braces plus a head brace to wear in the evenings. When she started her teeth were all over the place, now they are perfect and she hasn't had to have any removed. She got the braces off in June and now has permanent metal retainers(coming out at Christmas) which can't be seen and ones to wear at night. The whole process took just over 1 year and cost 4500TL which we were able to pay in instalments. I can thoroughly recommend him, he may not be cheap but he was much better and about 60% cheaper than the orthodontist we used to go to in UK. I'm in UK at the moment so don't have his number to hand. |
