Went up to the Korineum golf course last week.

Who is the developer currently constructing the apartments? At least that's what I think they are.

On the golf course or up the road opposite Turtle Bay Village?

If it's the latter its Sevilla Construction.

The golf course owner, Korman Construction. They should fetch a good price, sale or let. Wonderful location.

I went over last Saturday, on our extra day after our flight was cancelled.

Not been up to the course for a couple of years, couldn't believe the activity.



They look really nice and yes, a great location.



Wonder what they cost? Nothing on their web site

hi chaps played their last week and was talking to the club captain . The apartments are not for sale and for golf rental and stay only . think they will be open from the end of september and the club are doin a deal . i think it was one night and two rounds for 99 euros. hope this helps regards eboy

directly over from turtal bay village just up from golf course is shamrock development they are just about finished the site is one of the best ive seen they even offer a 10 year mortgage they are english and irish developers
