| Why is it, that even when i line an oven tray with tin foil...to grill sausages...i always get left with a greasey tray??? Surely the tin foil is supposed to stop this?...How on earth does the oil get through the foil??? DD |

| It must seep under somehow! I have the same problem!!! Infact it happened last night when I made roast chicken and potaoes etc I always keep a big stock of Fairy liquid in the house!!! It is annoying because you think cooking in the oven you would do less washing up...but it's not the case! Even when I place the foil as tightly & securely as I can on the tray! Natx |

| I have the same problem, I think it is the poor quality of the cooking foil. I have noticed it tends to disintegrate, and pinprick holes appear after it cools down if you leave it on the chicken. What is worse, it leaves traces of tin foil on the chicken breast. |
