i have just got back from my appartment in caeser resort having read everyones coments i would like to say i am more than happy to pay the 600 quid as i know its in safe hands when i am gone !!i have stayed there twice in 4 months both for a week at a time it has come a long way since i viewed it 2 years ago i think we all as owners have a safe bet with affik it might cost us our yearly fee but better the devil you no i say !!he built it he knows it inside out he is also very good at getting the students to keep quite at night after midnight swimming and a complaint from myself it never happened again the indoor pool was also locked at night which i felt a good idea its the students that will cause the problems in the end once they have trashed it we will all have to pay to put it back right again

good luck to all thoose renting there places out i can see why its the owners responsibility you defenantly need insurance!!
