Just to make you all aware the toy shop Jumbos in the South have a policy of no returns or exchanges and no repairs on all remote control toys if you find they do not work when you get them home.

They advise you that you should test all toys before you take them out of the store,so make sure you take a bath of water for testing boats and aircontrol tower with you to test out low flying Helicopters.

Yes their customer relations are appauling, never seen such bad attitudes from the staff there.



A friend of mine tried to return a barbie toy that broke after only a week of light play. Jumbo refused saying the child must have wrecked it and that they weren't proper Matel (or whoever it is that manufacture barbie) toys anyway even though they are clearly sold as such. The staff were most unhelpful and quite rude.



Still love going to Jumbo though, you just have to be aware that you're taking a chance with anything you buy from them.

absolutly disgusting - we bought a travel cot for my grand child - coming home impossible to keep it open so return the next day - and they told us to come back on saturday or monday afternoon for faulty goods - we bought on monday - return of tusday - so i bougth an other one - make them to open and close it 10 times because baby was arriving tha same night - they told me they will refund the first one - but they didn't give me a voucher of the amount .-50e-........... to be spend in one time ! valuable only 6 month !!! so do not hesitate to ae them to open, close again and again - check every single part of it - or do not buy anymore - i won't go to them anymore wlill bring my staff as i used to do !
