Assuming you are talking about Turk Bankasi Ltd, their current monthly rate is 7.25%. This information is easily obtained from the home page of their website.

mess 4 - we are talking about the Turkish banking system base rate (same as the bank of england base rate)

The individual banks base their lending / savings rates around this figure...

I'm still not clear which rates you want? Are you asking about the TRNC Central Bank rate which is currently 7.5% & last changed on 19/08/09 or the Individual Bank's interest rates which vary & change on different dates.

If you use this website

http://www.kktcmb.trnc.net/ENGLISH/defaultENG.htm

It has a section which lists all the TRNC local banks & the mainland Turkish Banks too & most have websites. A few of them are clearly out of date though because the rates are too high. eg. Yakin Dogu Bank Ltd & probably Denizbank too.

The 6th item on the left hand drop down menu is "Bankalar". This lists all the banks. Click on the bank name & you will reach the bank website. Some banks have English website versions too.

They nearly all have a page headed "Faiz Oranlari" which shows interest rates.

While you are investigating this, you can learn some Turkish at the same time.
