you cant say unless you know what you use builders elec is nearly double the price of normal

my builder just wants to charge me a flat rate of 250tl per month regardless of how much i use is this the going rate.

If you have a 5 bedroom villa a pool and you reside there all of the the time take up his offer , if you have a 1 2 3 bed room apartment and you reside there all of the time ask him to half it !!

Builders electric is 0.79 per unit for every unit + KDV. We live here permanently with a pool and have a meter so pay for our usage. Our average monthly bill is well over 250TL and we don't use air con and do our best to minimise our usage. It really all depends on your personal circumstances.
