Hi Pipie
There seem to be different rates, although I'm not sure when the higher one comes into action! The basic rate on my bill is showing at 0.167000, then there is another rate of 0.207077.

Pipie,
That is the correct rate. Builders electric is 0.55YTL per KWH.
