Hi

I've been looking for biscuit mixer for dog food but can only seem to find complete food, not good for mixing with meat!

Anyone know where we can buy just plain old mixer biscuit?

Thanks

Most biscuits here are complete foods...however, i'm not completely convinced of this. I feed my dogs chicken necks (mostly) and they have a bowl of biscuits down at all times in case of nibbles. They are extremely healthy and never beg for more, if they are full they simply don't eat anymore. Also if you are late getting home, it's not a problem as they wont be going hungry. A normal bag of biscuits lasts 3/4 weeks. However if normal biscuits are a must for you and you can not find them maybe you could try adding a bit of pasta instead. Hope this is a little helpful for you.

Have you tried buying a loaf of brown bread, cut into small cubes and put on a baking tray in a hot oven for 5/10 mins.

Leave to cool and it goes nice and crispy. Hey presto, doggy croutons.

(you can use white bread but not too much, its not good for dogs)

Bread tends to swell quite a lot so isn't really a good idea to feed it to dogs...
