my name is laurence and my wife is cyinthia.Our house is completed and the container shall be ariving in about a week.We fly out monday the 21 one way.Its taken us two and a half years to get this far .one court case against one builder still going on who i will name once finished.now we have a realy realy nice house realy good builder in the lapa area near the sepatie hotel.

And cant wait to move in permantly.i would like to say thanks to you all .The posts have given us sume veray good advice.Cheers laurie and cynthia

Congratulations to you both on your new home I`m sure you will both be very happy out here, we`ve been here almost 6 months now and love it. We too were given loads of useful info from everyone.

I have a villa by the Sempati Hotel, built by a reputable builder. I am going over on 3 May 2008, I may see you in JK's bar, which is by the Sempati. It is really nice area, a lot of English people live in that area.
